This is a program that allows you to make presentations that will captivate the audience. The tools are easy to use, and there is a bit of help if you aren't sure of how to arrange the display. Prezi Desktop is ideal for students who need to make a presentation for the class in order to summarize an essay or for employees who need to make a presentation to a group of co-workers. It can also be used by teachers and employers, as there are several functions that can help to get across main ideas in a concise manner.

A simple presentation can be made, or you can make something with a lot of detail that is comparable to a professional slideshow. Audio and video can be added to complete the project. Once the project is completed, the program allows you to easily save it before sharing with others.

Several templates are available if you are new to creating presentations or if you just want something simple. There are also blank pages so that you can let your imagination run free. If you use the blank pages as a canvas, you should already have an idea as to what you want the presentation to look like as this will make it easier to add the wording and the pictures. There are several fonts available and numerous sizes for the letters. Numerous pictures are already available with the program, or you can find pictures online to use on each page. There isn't a limit to the number of pages that you can make, but once you get over about 10 or 15, the program does tend to slow down, which can make it take longer to finish and load your presentation.
